About the role
- Support and lead technology and digital product projects from discovery through final delivery, ensuring each phase is completed with quality and aligned to the defined scope;
- Act as a consultant to clients and internal teams, translating business needs into action plans and practical solutions;
- Collaborate in planning and tracking schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables;
- Support leaders and managers in stakeholder communication, facilitating alignments and project rituals (kick-off, checkpoints, and lessons learned);
- Keep records and documentation organized (timelines, RAID log, RACI, status reports, and dashboards);
- Contribute to identifying process improvements, bringing insights from data, metrics, and client feedback;
- Apply agile and/or traditional methodologies depending on the context of each project;
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Client teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience in consulting or project management (minimum 2 years), working in technology, digital product, or healthcare environments;
- Experience in digital product development, participating in stages such as discovery, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking;
- Hands-on experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar);
- Analytical skills and business acumen to connect deliverables to client needs;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize information and run productive meetings;
- Collaborative, organized profile with a sense of ownership over deliverables;
- Interest in working in a dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
