About the role
- Support the implementation and monitoring of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, working with internal groups and corporate movements on the topic.
- Contribute to the preparation of sustainability reports and assessments.
- Provide support for internal and external audit processes, ensuring adherence to ESG practices and policies.
- Map, organize and monitor social and environmental indicators, contributing to the advancement of the company’s strategic goals.
- Maintain active relationships with networks, associations and corporate forums related to diversity and sustainability agendas.
- Experience with technical ESG reporting (CDP, UN Global Compact, GRI, EcoVadis).
- Experience in sustainability is a plus.
Requirements
- Be a Team Leader III, Consultant or Manager;
- Time to Talk score of 'Good' or above;
- Meet the minimum required tenure at the company/current role as specified for the vacancy (see details in the internal recruitment policy, regulations or the Escalada manual available on A1).
- Completed higher education recorded and up-to-date in Pessoas Online.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build relationships with different internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of corporate sustainability and ESG reporting.
- Previous experience in diversity and inclusion projects or initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Experience in audits, due diligence or compliance processes is a differential.
- Intermediate to advanced English is desirable.
