About the role
- Serve as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams for AWS and Salesforce solutions
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis
- Identify and articulate core requirements for features despite differing or incomplete stakeholder input
- Collaborate with development team to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and design expectations for Salesforce solutions
- Facilitate requirement prioritization sessions with stakeholders
- Validate that completed technical solutions meet the original business needs
- Design/write test scenarios to ensure proper functionality and prevent regression
- Support QA and UAT activities and coordinate feedback from business users
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle
- Work with training team to develop user documentation and curriculum
- Contribute to shaping innovative healthcare solutions that deliver value to the organization and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent related experience
- Certified Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or User Experience Designer is a plus
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or in process improvement
- Demonstrated experience writing clear technical requirements and specifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and capabilities, including LWC, APEX, and Flow Builder considerations
- Prior experience with Agile project management and the Software Development Lifecycle preferred
- Proficient with User Story writing and Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD)
- Experience with workflow diagramming and process mapping
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with requirements management tools and documentation
- A good eye for user interface/experience design
- Self-starter who can work independently with little oversight
- Must have a home office or HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Dedicated internet bandwidth minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for each person working from home
- Must be able to hear, speak, call and virtually meet; camera on during virtual meetings
