About the role

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and Flows
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, iPaaS)
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful delivery
  • Uphold coding standards, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment
  • Develop and maintain API integrations using MuleSoft (preferred) or comparable platforms
  • Design and deploy Python cloud functions in AWS or Azure environments
  • Lead technical client discovery calls, translating business needs into technical solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with expertise in LWC, Apex, and integrations
  • Salesforce certifications required: Platform Developer I (PD1), Platform Developer II (PD2), JavaScript Developer I
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governor limits
  • Proven success in client-facing roles with strong communication skills
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with middleware/iPaaS tools (MuleSoft preferred; Boomi or others also considered)
  • Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on development
