About the role

  • Lead ongoing development and optimization of Salesforce platform (FSC, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud) at Lighthouse Credit Union
  • Own development and enhancement of Salesforce FSC, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud environment
  • Triage and resolve defects in Financial Services Cloud deployment
  • Build scalable, reusable Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and automated flows
  • Configure and enhance Lightning Pages, roll-ups, and standard FSC components
  • Build filterable dashboards and dynamic reports for operational visibility
  • Design Service Process Studio flows for member service journeys
  • Implement case record types, workflows, queues, and routing logic
  • Configure and test Five9 CTI adapter, including screen pops and call logging
  • Integrate external data sources and marketing feeds into Salesforce via connectors
  • Deliver segmented audiences and unified profiles to Marketing Cloud via Data Cloud
  • Conduct regular data audits, validation routines, and deduplication for data governance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into platform solutions
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), functional training sessions, and create technical documentation

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, automation tools
  • 5+ years of Salesforce platform engineering experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools: Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes
  • Experience with Salesforce integration and data tools (e.g., Data Loader, APIs)
  • Familiarity with Five9 or other CTI integrations
  • Strong data hygiene and privacy awareness, including de-duplication and regulatory compliance (GLBA, CCPA)
  • 1+ years integrating Data Cloud (CDP) and Marketing Cloud (preferred)
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform integrations (preferred)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, agile delivery methodologies (preferred)
  • Experience working in a credit union or financial institution (plus)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking platforms and marketing systems (plus)
  • Experience with Node/Typescript (plus)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills
  • Agile mindset; ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Ability to lead UAT and deliver functional training; develop technical documentation
