Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager

Salesforce Developer

• Own all Salesforce development — Apex, triggers, flows, data model, and integration layer
• Transition Salesforce platform ownership from our managed service provider to in-house, establishing documentation and governance from day one
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, the billing platform (Stripe/Recurly), and the engineering provisioning backend (WebService)
• Define and implement a scalable Quote-to-Cash data model supporting all four selling motions
• Reduce billing system complexity — consolidate pricing plan sprawl, clarify system-of-record ownership, and eliminate duplicate logic
• Serve as the primary technical delivery partner to the VP of Revenue Operations
• As the function matures, participate in hiring additional technical staff of developers and operations specialists to grow the team

Account Executive

• Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
• Work from a list of key named accounts with a clear, land-and-expand directive.
• Build $300K+ in pipeline in each of your first two quarters.
• Close $175K in your second quarter.
• Close $350K+ per quarter from your 3rd quarter onwards.

Strategic Account Director

• Secure new annual recurring revenue (NARR) through outbound, direct selling motion.
• Maintain a 4-5x Deal Pipeline ($1M-$1.25M per quarter).
• Consistent, daily outbounding (hyper-relevant email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, etc).
• Close $250K+ per quarter in NARR after a 6-month ramp period.

Enterprise Account Executive

Marketing

• Own and execute the regional field marketing strategy aligned to pipeline, revenue, and territory goals.
• Partner closely with Sales and Account Executives through regular planning cadences to identify opportunities, build joint account plans, and drive account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
• Plan and execute high-impact field programs and events — including trade shows, executive roundtables, roadshows, and customer experiences — delivering 8–10 events per quarter.
• Drive measurable pipeline generation and maximize ROI from strategic industry events through strong execution, follow-up, and attribution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth, Content, Brand, and Digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns and consistent messaging.
• Own field marketing KPIs, reporting, attribution, and program optimization using Salesforce, Marketo, and related tools.
• Manage the field marketing budget, vendor relationships, and operational execution to ensure scalable, high-quality program delivery.
• Travel as needed to lead events, strengthen sales partnerships, and support regional growth initiatives.
