About the role
- Build and own Lucida AI’s global hiring strategy from the ground up
- Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
- Source and attract top talent across product, engineering, AI, growth, and operations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
- Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring profiles and priorities
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles
- Develop Lucida AI’s employer brand and hiring culture
- Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in startups or technology companies
- Experience hiring across roles such as engineering, product, growth, or design
- Strong experience sourcing global talent through LinkedIn, communities, and networks
- Ability to build recruiting processes and hiring frameworks from scratch
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the hiring function
- A builder mindset — someone who enjoys creating systems from scratch
- Strong instinct for identifying exceptional talent
- Curiosity and proactive problem-solving
- Ownership mentality and accountability
- Passion for building high-performing teams
