Accountant

• Overseeing and producing primary statements and disclosure notes for the annual consolidated report and accounts.
• Drive the production of the statutory consolidation and group accounts (in excel) and the statutory accounts in CCH.
• Ensuring F2414CA Non-financial F3 and sustainability information statement is up to date
• Coordinating and delivering the work required to established and accurate standards.
• Owning the production of the annual subsidiary accounts.
• Supporting the interim and year end external reporting process and audit.
• Liaising with auditors on key year end and half year deliverables, discussing potential situations that can arise during the statutory reporting process, along with internal auditors.
• Assisting with and preparing technical accounting papers for submission to the Group’s statutory auditors, and to prepare contributions for papers submitted to the Group Audit Committee and Group Board.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for financial reporting.
• Provision of technical accounting knowledge and support across the financial reporting teams.
• Prepare monthly consolidated balance sheet & cash flow for management account and external reporting purposes.
• Support due diligence on potential acquisition targets with respect to tax compliance.
• Review completion accounts for acquisition entities and ensure accurate disclosures in associated financial statements as well as appropriate tax provisions.
• Lead corporate simplification project to rationalise group structure considering tax and accounting implications.
• Prepare corporation tax computations for all group entities as well as deferred tax calculations.
• Prepare ERS returns for group schemes and ensuring filed appropriately.
• Maintain transfer pricing schedules and documentation as well as consider cross boarder implications of transactions.
• Prepare monthly consolidated balance sheet & cash flow for management account and external reporting purposes.
• Managing and supporting the Statutory Reporting & Tax Assistant Accountant to deliver group objectives – including starting the process for SAO, reviewing VAT returns and quarterly payment on account calculations and supporting the delivery of the US tax reporting (predominantly requires accounting detail from our systems rather than UK tax specific information)

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Take full accountability for planning, execution, and delivery of finance integration across acquisitions
• Own and deliver structured Day 1, 30, 100 integration plans, ensuring all finance milestones are achieved on time
• Act as the central point of accountability for integration delivery, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and timelines
• Ensure seamless transition of acquired entities into Group finance operations with minimal disruption
• Lead, coordinate, and prioritise activities across multiple concurrent integrations
• Provide direction and oversight to Finance Integration Leads, Analysts, and wider finance teams
• Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and accountability across all integration workstreams
• Ensure robust financial control frameworks are implemented across all acquired businesses
• Oversee assessment and enhancement of financial processes, controls, and governance
• Deliver high-quality reporting and insight to senior leadership and support investor-level reporting requirements
• Mentor and develop junior finance team members, building capability in acquisition accounting and integration processes

Senior Finance Integration Lead

• Working closely with the Interim Head of Finance Transitions, Finance Director, and senior leadership
• Delivering the organisation’s acquisition strategy from a finance and value creation perspective
• Leading the development and delivery of structured finance integration and 100-day plans for all acquisitions
• Ensuring timely and efficient migration of acquired entities onto Group systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
• Conducting post-acquisition site visits to assess finance operations, controls, and team capability
• Supporting delivery of the acquisition investment case
• Partnering with operational and commercial teams to identify opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency
• Establishing robust financial controls and governance across newly acquired businesses
• Overseeing the preparation and review of monthly management accounts for acquired entities

Finance Integration Lead

• Supports the delivery of finance integration activities for newly acquired businesses.
• Reporting to the Finance Integration Lead, responsible for the hands-on execution of defined integration tasks.
• Ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with group policies, and alignment with integration plans.
• Execute defined tasks within finance integration plans for newly acquired businesses.
• Support delivery of post-acquisition reviews through data gathering and process documentation.
• Work under direction of the Finance Integration Lead to deliver Day 1–100 activities.
• Prepare and process accounting entries for acquired businesses from acquisition date until full integration.
• Support monthly management accounts preparation and reconciliation for acquisitions.
• Ensure accurate alignment with Group chart of accounts and accounting policies.
• Assist with financial reporting, including variance analysis vs acquisition budgets.

Finance Integration Associate

Manager

• Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre
• Ensure customers receive the highest level of service and support
• Act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords
• Assist with inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring smooth tenancy process
• Provide excellent levels of both telephone and written communication during tenancy
• Responsible for accepting and understanding tenants maintenance requirements
• Communicate issues to landlords with solutions and arrange works
• Update all parties on a regular basis via phone, email, or text

Property Manager

• Manage a portfolio of properties for investment grade Corporate landlord’s
• Provide support to the Senior Property Manager and the wider corporate team
• Manage the tenancies of a group of properties from the commencement of the tenancy until the end of the tenancy
• Check and adhere to landlords’ management instructions
• Issue instructions for management inspections and safety inspections
• Organize for remedial works to be completed
• Advise Asset Manager/Managing Agents of want of repairs
• Deal promptly with correspondence from tenants/landlords
• Conduct site visits and respond to complaints
• Finalize the release of the security deposit on relevant parties
• Liaise closely with letting offices and client account departments
• Ensure that appropriate charges are made for all services rendered
