• Execute defined tasks within finance integration plans for newly acquired businesses

Management Accountant – Acquisitions, Integrations

Manager

• Overseeing department to ensure professional and courteous service is received by Landlords and Tenants and identifying opportunities to enhance service levels.
• Discuss with the Head of Centre and assume responsibility for staff interviews, local inductions, local training, appraisals, coaching and development.
• Hold occasional team meetings
• Attend branch meetings as required and advise branch managers of any matters requiring their attention.

• Receiving End of Tenancy Reports, advising landlords and tenants of charges on tenants’ deposit for cleaning, repairs or replacements via the Depositary.
• Finalising the release of the security deposit on the relevant parties in line with the scheme rules in which it is held.
• Ensuring that the diary is kept up-to-date to monitor outstanding matters.
• Reporting any complaint or legal letter/notice to the Branch Manager, appropriate Area Manager and the Lettings Director immediately upon receipt.
• Liaising closely with letting offices and client account departments.
• Responding immediately to any lack of security or essential services, or any danger to tenants or the public associated with landlords’ property.
• Assisting with customer complaints and investigations if required
• Ensuring that appropriate charges are made for all services rendered.
• Serving appropriate notices, where the landlord or tenant wishes to end a tenancy.
• Dealing with landlord statement queries.

Senior Property Manager

• Report directly to the Statutory Reporting & Tax Manager
• Work closely with external partners including auditors and tax advisors
• Produce primary statements and disclosure notes for annual report
• Oversee production of statutory consolidation and group accounts
• Ensure non-financial sustainability statements are up to date
• Support interim and year end external reporting process

• Provide excellent levels of both telephone and written communication
• Handle tenants maintenance requirements and triage issues
• Update parties regularly via phone, email or text and log notes
• Ensure properties have been inspected as required and communicate with stakeholders

Trainee Property Manager

Administration

• Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive highest service levels
• Act as point of contact for tenants and landlords, assisting with inquiries and booking appointments
• Ensure smooth process throughout the tenancy from beginning to end
• Provide triage service for tenants maintenance requirements and communicate resolutions to landlords
• Update parties regularly on progress and maintain high communication levels

Property Administrator

Sales

• You will be tasked with advancing a property transaction from offer agreed, through to successful completion and move in.
• You will be in communication with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage advisors both internally and externally, along with all other parties involved in the transaction.

Sales Progressor

• Learning conveyancing process, processes of the various housing associations, supporting clients (buyers, sellers & corporate clients) through the sale/purchase process.

• Reporting to the Rent Arrears Manager
• Responsible for timely collection of rent on behalf of our clients & fees across your portfolio
• Contacting customers in arrears at set, regular intervals via telephone challenging either late or non-payment of monthly rent and keep customers informed of contractual liabilities, (legal) procedures, timings, and available options until payment received
• Work within the best practice guidelines to ensure a common and consistent collection approach is used across the department in order to achieve individual & departmental (financial) targets
