About the role
- Lead the strategy, development, and maintenance of Lever’s database architecture
- Oversee database playbooks including data integrity, performance optimization, and integration with agents’ systems
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations and own execution of Lever value proposition across agent databases
- Draft and manage client-facing content such as newsletters, coaching/training verbiage, and sales/marketing language
- Design, optimize, and improve performance of Lever’s database playbooks and research technological solutions for efficiency
- Drive database architecture for scalability and lead data migration and integration across systems (Command, Lofty, kvCore/BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, Moxi, Lion’s Desk, CINC)
- Manage and grow a team of database administrators and serve as subject-matter expert for Lever Admin Team
- Ensure high availability, reliability, disaster recovery, backups, and information retention for agent-facing databases
- Implement and document solutions and SOPs in Lever’s Database Playbook
- Lead efforts around data quality, security, privacy, and TCPA compliance for agent-facing systems
- Lead agent-facing onboarding calls, troubleshoot issues with agents, and communicate CRM limitations in layman's terms
- Monitor agent-facing system updates, partner on product roadmap opportunities, and implement monitoring/processes for surfacing issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing agent-facing databases
- 2+ years in a leadership or team management role
- Experience in cloud environments (Google, Office 365, Salesforce) with a strong understanding of systems infrastructure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with real estate CRM systems (e.g., Command, Lofty, kvCore/BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, Moxi, Lion’s Desk, CINC) and marketing automation tools is a plus
