About the role
- Recover administrative-level access to FileMaker Server v13 and create a new set of administrative-level access credentials for the Agency
- Create two local backups of the Agency’s on-premise FileMaker database
- Create a new (unpopulated) FileMaker Cloud database duplicating the structure and function of the on-premise database
- Verify readiness of on-premise database copy for upload and remediate any pre-upload issues
- Upload database copy to FileMaker Cloud and verify cloud database functionality and accuracy
- Ensure all records uploaded, all data fields function properly, and compare at least 350 nonsequential records to the on-premise database
- Certify transfer results to the Agency and produce deliverables and test reports across three phases
Requirements
- 4 years of experience required
- Experience recovering FileMaker Server administrative access (FileMaker Server v13 or similar on-premise)
- Experience preparing and transferring on-premise FileMaker databases to FileMaker Cloud
- Experience working with the Claris cloud platform
- Experience creating backups and admin credentials on FileMaker Server
- Experience verifying data integrity and functionality after migration (including comparing records)
- Ability to remediate pre-upload issues
- Experience producing certification and reporting on migration tests
