About the role
- Manages the overall branch warehouse and delivery operations
- Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, motivating, and driving engagement of warehouse, driver, and Branch Associates
- Partners with Sales Representatives in the field and Support Team Members to achieve business goals
- Manages the flow of product both in and out to provide the highest level of customer service
- Works closely with cross-functional partners in HR, Asset Protection, and Sales to execute the Lowe’s Pro Supply business strategy
- Builds and supports a branch culture that is aligned to the Lowe’s Pro Supply mission and behaviors
- Maintains a strategic view of branch talent needs, recruiting, and developing talent
- Drives execution of operations strategies, analyzing relevant data to inform branch specific strategies
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in leading Associates in warehouse, distribution center or large retail environments
- 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing P&L
- Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to drive Associate engagement, assess & develop talent
- Must be able to work flexible hours necessary to meet customer and management expectations
- Ability to move throughout all areas of the Branch, perform heavy lifting 25 - 75 pounds, prolonged standing, sitting, frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
- Must have valid driver’s license and meet company requirements for insurance and driver safety record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test, background check and motor vehicle record check.
