Provide technical, management, and documentation support for a large Federal agency initiative.
Supervise other staff members in support of the Records Information Manager V.
Provide technical support for records management programs, dockets, records center, or other information services.
Assist in planning and program development, analyze records or docket management problems, and design strategies to meet ongoing needs.
Respond to inquiries and perform collection maintenance and retrieval tasks.
Review and input metadata; perform equipment maintenance.
Use automated information systems such as the Federal Docket Management System (FDMS).
Support RIM education and/or experience initiatives.
Requirements
At Level IV, the personnel must have at least seven (7) years of records management experience.
Experience with at least one automated information system is required.
A college degree is preferred but not required.
