About the role
- Collaborate on developing customized change management strategies and workplans for each client engagement.
- Execute comprehensive change management plans for 1-2 concurrent client engagements.
- Analyze stakeholder data to derive insights on interest, influence, and disposition of leaders and stakeholder groups.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify unique change management requirements for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication and training plans.
- Manage client expectations and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, GCP) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business terminology
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and client-facing consulting skills
