About the role
- Overseeing operations, leading the team, and ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience
- Running the daily studio flow, managing equipment, health & safety, and suppliers
- Recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and supporting instructors and front-of-house
- Welcoming clients, resolving queries, and driving retention through personal touches
- Monitoring performance KPIs, reporting to the owner, and driving membership growth
- Setting the tone, embodying the brand, and acting as the owner’s right hand
Requirements
- Experience in studio, fitness, or hospitality management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A natural leader who inspires teams and creates a great client culture
- Commercially minded, with confidence in reporting, KPIs, and business growth
