• Respond to inbound enquiries and contact prospective learners via phone, email, and CRM systems
• Provide tailored advice on a wide range of qualifications, including Personal Training, Gym Instructor, Sports Massage, and Pilates
• Support prospective students through the entire enrolment process, building trust and maintaining accurate records in our CRM
• Work towards monthly sales targets and performance KPIs with the reward of uncapped commission
• Work closely with learner support and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey
