About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You'll be responsible for developing new commercial opportunities throughout the UK while supporting and growing an established distributor network across EMEA.
- Build relationships with health clubs, boutique studios, hotel groups, education providers and commercial fitness operators.
- Manage and support distributor partners across the EMEA region.
- Drive sales across equipment, education and digital solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution into new territories.
- Lead commercial tenders and major account opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, education and product teams to maximise regional performance.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management and market intelligence.
- Represent the business at industry events and trade exhibitions throughout Europe.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A proven track record in B2B sales within the fitness, wellness, sports or equipment sectors.
- Experience winning and developing major commercial accounts.
- Strong distributor, dealer or partner management experience.
- Experience working across international markets.
- Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a genuine passion for growing a business.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- The flexibility to travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe.
