The Growth Manager will be responsible for structuring and optimizing the brand's MarTech ecosystem, bringing together paid media, automation, measurement and CRM into an integrated strategy for acquisition, engagement and retention.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience managing paid media and digital performance, with a growth mindset and full-funnel perspective
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, measurement and data integration
Proficiency in media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, etc.) and data analysis and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio or similar)
Analytical, curious and results-oriented, with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
Organized and autonomous, able to operate in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
