Marketing

• Monitor the payment flow for campaigns, including formalization, requesting and receiving invoices, submitting them to Finance, and tracking payments.
• Support contract management by tracking drafts with Legal, signature deadlines, and required documentation.
• Support commercial operations, ensuring campaign progress by following up on outstanding items, updating internal controls, and coordinating with involved departments.
• Keep commercial documentation up to date, ensuring proper filing of contracts, proposals, and other departmental documents.
• Facilitate communication between Commercial, Account Management, Finance, Legal, and Talent Managers, ensuring alignment of information, documents, and deadlines.
• Track ongoing commercial proposals, following up on outstanding items and supporting the sales team during negotiations.
• Assist in updating commercial materials, ensuring presentations, media kits, and other resources are organized and current.
• Consolidate and organize commercial data and KPIs, supporting leadership in monitoring results and area operations.
