Requirements
5+ years of experience leading and managing people in media and advertising companies
Strong analytical skills, strategic planning and sales forecasting abilities, with the capacity to synthesize market insights and translate them into actionable strategies and direction for teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
