About the role
- Senior Publisher Manager/Supply Operations Manager shaping publisher experience using LoopMe's Supply Side Platform through integrations, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Own and manage end-to-end supply operations for a portfolio of publisher partners.
- Represent Supply Operations in cross-functional projects and partner with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Mentor junior team members and build documentation, best practices, and playbooks to scale operations.
- Oversee invoicing, reconciliation, and payment cycles ensuring operational excellence and accuracy.
- Work with LoopMe's AI-driven real-time bidding platform stack (Java, Postgres, Clickhouse, Kafka) to scale performance.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in ad tech ad operations, preferably on the supply-side.
- Proven expertise with programmatic advertising, header bidding, SSPs, and ad serving technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced knowledge of Excel/BI tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive operational improvements.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
