Senior Publisher Manager/Supply Operations Manager shaping publisher experience using LoopMe's Supply Side Platform through integrations, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting.
Own and manage end-to-end supply operations for a portfolio of publisher partners.
Represent Supply Operations in cross-functional projects and partner with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Mentor junior team members and build documentation, best practices, and playbooks to scale operations.
Oversee invoicing, reconciliation, and payment cycles ensuring operational excellence and accuracy.
Work with LoopMe's AI-driven real-time bidding platform stack (Java, Postgres, Clickhouse, Kafka) to scale performance.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in ad tech ad operations, preferably on the supply-side.
Proven expertise with programmatic advertising, header bidding, SSPs, and ad serving technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced knowledge of Excel/BI tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive operational improvements.
