About the role

  • Support onboarding processes with acquirers, PSPs, and partners.
  • Cooperate with internal admin teams to ensure time and efficiency of Payment Department requests.
  • Prepare and structure KYC packages, applications, and corporate documents.
  • Track and update pipelines across all ongoing projects.
  • Maintain documentation flow and templates (product sheets, responses, etc.).
  • Assist in managing compliance and follow-up communication.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Account Management/Business Development/Operational domains from 6 months.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and consistency in workflows.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, Notion, and basic file systems.
  • Proactive approach and readiness to learn niche topic.
  • Flexible communication style to align with different departments (marketing, legal, tech, etc.).
  • Will be an advantage: Experience working with acquiring banks, PSPs, or high-risk merchant onboarding.
  • Previous track-record of working with foreign legal entities.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements (KYC, AML) in the payments' ecosystem.
