• Administer key revenue systems with a focus on Gainsight to meet business objectives and needs
• Identify, scope, test, and implement operational revenue improvement projects, including prioritization and release large-scale updates that scale with the growth of the business
• Provide day-to-day technical support for the revenue teams via help desk tickets
• Translate business requirements from CX into scalable system solutions and automations

Revenue Operations Analyst, CX

Research Scientist

• Lead research-to-production efforts in NLP, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent reasoning, and knowledge graph–driven solutions
• Architect and deploy advanced ML models, including LLM fine-tuning, reasoning agents, and context-aware generation pipelines
• Explore and adapt state-of-the-art research into production-ready prototypes
• Build intelligent workflows that combine agentic planning, tool orchestration, and continuous feedback loops
• Own scope, architecture, and delivery of scalable ML systems that support high-performance content retrieval and personalized answer generation
• Design and integrate knowledge graphs, embeddings, and hybrid retrieval methods to improve coverage and precision
• Build reliable services by combining software engineering fundamentals (Python, APIs, distributed systems) with modern ML frameworks
• Ensure ML systems are production-ready, balancing cutting-edge research with scalability, maintainability, and performance

Product Marketing

• Report to Loopio’s People Leader and serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leaders across the organization.
• Provide strategic partnership across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, compensation planning, leave management, promotions, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with Talent Experience to accelerate talent acquisition, internal mobility, and succession planning for GTM roles.
• Partner with People Operations to improve programs/processes (performance enablement, compensation strategy, engagement surveys, total rewards) tailored to GTM.
• Interpret and apply employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions and develop scalable policies.
• Lead and support complex employee relations matters, including investigations.
• Guide GTM leadership through organizational design, team structuring, and change management initiatives.
• Embed DEIB principles into People initiatives and contribute to DEIB strategy.
• Assess team health, identify performance gaps, and implement initiatives to boost productivity, engagement, and revenue impact.
• Deeply immerse in GTM strategy by attending department kickoffs and aligning with revenue targets.

Customer Success Manager

• Build meaningful relationships with Loopio's Mid-Market customers through engaging emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings
• Partner with the dedicated Customer Enablement Manager to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to nurture phase
• Partner with customers to develop meaningful plans that feed their long-term goals and adhere to Customer Journeys
• Develop creative strategies to increase customer adoption and produce Loopio advocates
• Collaborate with Account Management team to drive growth and reduce churn
• Manage key metrics feeding team goals around adoption, retention, growth, and advocacy
• Measure and action on adoption data through the Customer Health Score framework
• Work with Product Teams to champion customer insights and stories
• Share Customer Success stories through case studies, blog posts, and internal communication
• Work with Support & Services Teams to ensure alignment and provide a cohesive Loopio experience
