• Support execution of email marketing campaigns: building sends, segmenting lists, QA/testing, and scheduling.
• Assist with setup and monitoring of paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads), including tracking, budget pacing, and basic optimization support.

• Deliver customized, hands-on demonstrations of The Rebus® Platform to prospective and existing customers, tailoring each session to their specific warehouse operations and business goals
• Develop and maintain expertise in feature functionality and practical application of The Rebus® Platform and our full suite of product offerings
• Partner with sales to help companies across varying industries understand and evaluate the technical and operational fit of our products, leading evaluation cycles to gain product fit consensus
• Design, validate and document technical solutions to share with prospective customers
• Collect and analyze feedback from prospective customers to influence roadmap, collaborating with sales engineering, engineering, and product management teams to meet our prospects' business challenges and align with our internal business objectives

• End-to-end ownership of our cloud infrastructure on GCP, architecture, reliability, cost, scalability, and operational excellence
• The full cloud-native application environment; containerized and serverless workloads, cloud networking, and the large-scale, multi-tenant data layer (many terabytes of customer data on MongoDB Atlas), including the architecture, performance, and scaling decisions across all of it
• Deployment, release, and maintenance processes, with a focus on uptime and minimizing customer-facing disruption, recognizing that a platform outage during an active warehouse shift is a customer event, not just a ticket
• Leadership of our senior SRE, providing direction and architectural vision to move the platform forward
• Our overall security program, policy, posture, tooling, and incident response, across both businesses
