Content Marketing Manager

• Manage and support a network of regional creators (Telugu / Tamil / Kannada)
• Act as the primary point of contact for creators on a daily basis
• Build strong, collaborative relationships to drive consistent and high-quality content output
• Onboard and groom new creators, guiding them on content expectations and best practices
• Work closely with creators to brainstorm content ideas, improve scripts, and enhance video flow
• Review scripts and final videos to ensure quality, clarity, and storytelling effectiveness
• Perform quality checks (QC) to ensure content meets language standards, platform guidelines, and brand expectations
• Maintain consistency and elevate content standards across all creators
• Handle end-to-end content operations, including tracking, coordination, and approvals
• Plan, write, and publish daily notifications to drive user engagement
• Optimize notification copy to improve click-through rates (CTR)
• Ensure smooth execution of daily publishing and operational workflows
