- Analyze ad performance metrics and apply learnings to improve edits for better click-through and completion rates.
- Edit videos in the required language **Kannada**, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and strong storytelling for the target audience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–4 years of experience in video editing for social media or digital content.
- Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong portfolio of short-form content (reels, ads, promos).
- Good understanding of social platform algorithms and engagement tactics.
- Strong storytelling instincts, visual creativity, and sound design skills.
- **Language proficiency:** Ability to edit in **Kannada** with cultural sensitivity and linguistic command.
- Proficiency in **English & Kannada** (written and spoken) for internal coordination and review.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
