• Actively work the support queue, ensuring SLAs are met with a focus on productivity
• Investigate incidents in the Materials and Production modules, identifying whether the cause is a process error, configuration/parameterization issue, or system failure
• Apply technical and functional solutions decisively, ensuring the fix does not impact other routines
• Support end users, understanding their issues and providing clear guidance to prevent recurrence
• Document applied solutions in detail to enrich our internal knowledge base

Materials Analyst – Protheus

• 🧭 What you will do
• Develop routines in ADVPL/TLPP and PO-UI, including reports, triggers, and entry points in Logithink product development
• Use object-oriented programming and MVC during development
• Create new features or adapt existing ones as product improvements
• Integrate Protheus with other tools via APIs
• Perform testing on developments to ensure functionality within the standard TOTVS Protheus product
• Prepare and guide corrective and maintenance activities for programs
• Identify and fix bugs or functional issues
• Provide user support for Logithink products
• Participate in updating and maintaining Logithink products
• Build reports for various business areas

ADVPL Developer – TLPP

• Gather, analyze and model business processes.
• Create, design and maintain complex workflows within the Fluig platform.
• Develop intelligent forms with validations, business rules and API consumption.
• Build custom widgets and pages using web technologies.
• Develop and maintain custom Datasets for integration and data queries with Protheus.

Fluig Analyst – Protheus Integration

Business Analyst

• Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping, identifying gaps and proposing automated solutions in financial and tax modules.
• Handle high-complexity tickets, performing debugging and root-cause analysis to ensure operational continuity.
• Lead the implementation of new modules or features, ensuring the system fully meets legal requirements.
• Act as a key contributor in planning for the Tax Reform, configuring and testing new tax models within Protheus.

Business Consultant/Analyst Mid/Senior – Backoffice, Protheus

• Atuar com sustentação dos módulos Backoffice do Protheus (Compras, Contabilidade, Estoque, Faturamento, Financeiro, Fiscal, TAF etc.);
• Atender e resolver chamados de média/alta complexidade;
• Parametrizar o sistema, apoiar os usuários e manter o cliente sempre bem informado;
• Classificar e evoluir tickets, além de atualizar o banco de conhecimento;
• Colaborar com melhorias e alertar sobre riscos e impactos críticos.
