About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide specialized support and implementation for the Materials and Production modules in Protheus 12.
- Map production processes and recommend improvements to optimize the shop floor and inventory management.
- Ensure accuracy in cost accounting and monthly inventory closings.
- Integrate Protheus with other tools via APIs.
- Identify and fix bugs or functional issues.
- Provide user support for Protheus-related inquiries.
- Perform updates and maintenance of Protheus environments.
- Build reports for various business areas across the company.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Protheus infrastructure: Proficiency with binaries, patches, VS Code, dictionaries, LIB, UPDDISTR and ADVPL.
- Experience with the WMS module.
- Experience in implementation or ongoing support of Protheus (Materials/Inventory modules).
- Inventory management: Proficiency with bin addressing, serial numbers, lot/sub-lot handling and stock balance rollovers.
- Cost intelligence: Expertise in Average Costing, LIFO (UEPS), FIFO (PEPS), cost calculation and inventory closing.
- TOTVS certification in Protheus modules (preferred).
- Experience integrating Protheus with other systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of the ACD module (implementation, configuration of collectors/scanners and support) (preferred).
