Account Manager

• Drive Logitech in State and Local Government, Higher Education, and K-12 Education.
• Heavy influencing and direct engagement with key decision makers and influencers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales Engineer, Alliances, Channels, Distribution, and Marketing functions.
• Maintain an accurate project pipeline and tracking of this pipeline through tools and data reporting.
• Focus on prospecting new accounts and developing top SLED accounts.
• Manage the sales cycle which includes the creation of client presentations and demos.
• Partner with channel partners including System Integrators and VARs to fulfill customers’ requirements.
• Provide customer insights relative to market trends and competitive landscape back to the product management team.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Act as a finance business partner-mate to departmental heads, providing financial guardrails, challenging spend assumptions, and identifying savings opportunities
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes for the designated business departments, ensuring alignment with corporate targets and continuous improvement in Forecast accuracy
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with qualified commentary. Explain the 'what' happened and focus on the 'why' and 'what do we do next to improve our results.'
• Support the departmental leadership with financial models to evaluate new business investments and initiatives, including ROI, CapEx and similar expansion plans.
• Oversee the purchase order (PO) receiving process and ensure the prompt, compliant management of accruals in strict alignment with monthly and quarterly closing schedules.
• Own, enhance and further automate the comprehensive budget trackers to the stakeholders
• Compile departmental fluctuation analysis and MRC review report for internal audit
• Educate business teams on financial policies, definitions and processes
• Engage in Corporate digital transformation projects with AI/BI solutions
• Provide timely financial support to finance and business teams
• Build strong relationships and foster teamwork within business groups, overall finance, and Corporate supporting functions (P&C, Procurement, IT etc.)

Marketing

• Responsible for translating vertical expertise into channel sales and marketing ready enablement that empowers partners to position, sell, and win with Logitech solutions.
• Act as the bridge between vertical strategy and partner execution—translating SME insights into tools that drive the right sales behaviors.
• Create content that equips partner sales teams to confidently position Logitech solutions within specific vertical use cases, moving beyond product features to customer outcomes.
• Develop and scale a suite of channel enablement assets, including vertical sales plays and solution narratives, discovery and qualification guides, objection handling frameworks, and competitive positioning.
• Drive adoption of resources created to ensure partners can effectively learn, tell and sell.
• Continuously refine content based on channel sales/marketing feedback, partner input, and performance insights to improve effectiveness and adoption.
• Build plans that resonate with each vertical’s goal, regulations and terminology, and package partner marketing toolkits.
