Manager

• Lead a team of Technical Account Managers, coaching to high performance, technical excellence and customer-first mindsets
• Support and coach TAMs on customer strategy and develop account plans
• Serve as escalation point for high-priority customer issues and guide resolution
• Support executive customer relationships and provide guidance on complex GRC and Risk Cloud challenges
• Ensure delivery of a world-class experience for TAM customers that drives adoption, renewal, and growth
• Own the end-to-end TAM delivery methodology, refining and scaling processes, playbooks, and customer engagement models
• Document and solve for growing pains in a new and expanding program, establishing repeatable processes and internal standards
• Partner cross-functionally with Professional Services, Implementation, Customer Success, and Sales to create a seamless customer journey
• Help build the long-term vision for LogicGate’s Technical Accounts Team and partner with Sales and Solutions Engineers to articulate TAM value

Technical Accounts Manager

Frontend Engineer

• Lead, architect, and develop features for the Risk Cloud platform.
• Develop and utilize Angular, TypeScript, and other front-end tools to build a market-leading product.
• Write tests and review code to facilitate an efficient dev cycle and prevent bugs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and QA using Agile methodologies to iterate on feature work.
• Optimize the front-end application for speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Balance hands-on development with architectural leadership to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Advocate for and implement modern engineering best practices (testing-first mindset, frequent releases, iterative development with small feedback loops).
• Produce clear documentation for features and processes.
• Mentor team members and foster cross-functional collaboration to raise the engineering bar.

Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

• Implement tailored integration solutions for customers and own projects end to end
• Design and implement custom integration solutions and build custom connectors and SDKs using Workato as core middleware
• Gather requirements, design, build, deploy, and support integrations
• Serve as Risk Cloud integration expert and advisor in pre-sales conversations
• Become an expert on LogicGate’s REST API and advise customers on leveraging those APIs
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless customer outcomes
