About the role
- Implement tailored integration solutions for customers and own projects end to end
- Design and implement custom integration solutions and build custom connectors and SDKs using Workato as core middleware
- Gather requirements, design, build, deploy, and support integrations
- Serve as Risk Cloud integration expert and advisor in pre-sales conversations
- Become an expert on LogicGate’s REST API and advise customers on leveraging those APIs
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless customer outcomes
Requirements
- 4 - 6 years of professional integration experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment or the GRC industry
- Experience working with GRC systems and processes
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, automation platforms (Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi etc) and scripting languages (Ruby or Python is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and scalable system design
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Engineering, and Product
- Adaptability and flexibility, demonstrating enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment and embracing an agile work style
