About the role

  • Play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and expanding our footprint in the UK
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through to solution positioning, stakeholder alignment, and closing
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success (CSM) team to ensure a smooth handover and successful onboarding

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Healthcare or Analytics sales, with Digital solutions and/or SaaS experience
  • Understanding of Public Sector Software procurement processes and how to navigate NHS frameworks and tendering processes
  • Established network within the UK Healthcare sector (Hospitals, NHS Trusts, Healthcare providers, Government organisations, Pharma or similar)
  • Proven track record in value-based selling and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong understanding of C-suite decision-making and strategic drivers in healthcare
  • Commercial hunter mindset with excellent pipeline generation skills (outbound and partner-led)
  • Ability to build executive relationships and collaborate with CSM for seamless post-sale handover
  • Excellent IT skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce
