About the role
- Play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and expanding our footprint in the UK
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through to solution positioning, stakeholder alignment, and closing
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success (CSM) team to ensure a smooth handover and successful onboarding
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Healthcare or Analytics sales, with Digital solutions and/or SaaS experience
- Understanding of Public Sector Software procurement processes and how to navigate NHS frameworks and tendering processes
- Established network within the UK Healthcare sector (Hospitals, NHS Trusts, Healthcare providers, Government organisations, Pharma or similar)
- Proven track record in value-based selling and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong understanding of C-suite decision-making and strategic drivers in healthcare
- Commercial hunter mindset with excellent pipeline generation skills (outbound and partner-led)
- Ability to build executive relationships and collaborate with CSM for seamless post-sale handover
- Excellent IT skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce
