About the role

  • Drive revenue generation and pipeline development for NTT DATA's AI Factories initiative across Europe
  • Build and maintain qualified pipeline and identify/qualify 25+ opportunities annually
  • Create account penetration and sector-specific hunting strategies (Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare)
  • Maintain rolling 18-month revenue forecasts and apply stage-gate opportunity progression and win probability scoring
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and structure multi-year framework agreements
  • Partner with country Managing Directors and enable local account teams with AIM qualification framework and sales collateral
  • Conduct monthly enablement sessions, create playbooks, and share competitive intelligence and best practices
  • Design EuroHPC multi-stage engagement and consortium strategies; develop pricing compliant with EU funding rules
  • Monitor procurement programs and competitor dynamics; build reference architectures and win themes
  • Create co-sell agreements with vendors, OEM channel programs, and startup partnership models
  • Maintain market intelligence and competitive analysis; track win/loss reasons and root causes

Requirements

  • 8+ years enterprise technology sales experience
  • Track record of €30M+ annual quota achievement
  • Experience selling to C-level executives
  • Public sector procurement experience (ideally EU)
  • Complex solution selling (6+ month sales cycles)
  • Understanding of AI/ML market dynamics
  • Familiarity with HPC/data center technologies
  • Knowledge of EU procurement regulations
  • Experience in consortium-based selling
  • Strategic Selling experience (Solution Selling, Challenger Sale, or similar)
  • C-level engagement and stakeholder management
  • Complex pricing and negotiation skills
  • CRM expertise and disciplined forecasting
