About the role
- Drive revenue generation and pipeline development for NTT DATA's AI Factories initiative across Europe
- Build and maintain qualified pipeline and identify/qualify 25+ opportunities annually
- Create account penetration and sector-specific hunting strategies (Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare)
- Maintain rolling 18-month revenue forecasts and apply stage-gate opportunity progression and win probability scoring
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and structure multi-year framework agreements
- Partner with country Managing Directors and enable local account teams with AIM qualification framework and sales collateral
- Conduct monthly enablement sessions, create playbooks, and share competitive intelligence and best practices
- Design EuroHPC multi-stage engagement and consortium strategies; develop pricing compliant with EU funding rules
- Monitor procurement programs and competitor dynamics; build reference architectures and win themes
- Create co-sell agreements with vendors, OEM channel programs, and startup partnership models
- Maintain market intelligence and competitive analysis; track win/loss reasons and root causes
Requirements
- 8+ years enterprise technology sales experience
- Track record of €30M+ annual quota achievement
- Experience selling to C-level executives
- Public sector procurement experience (ideally EU)
- Complex solution selling (6+ month sales cycles)
- Understanding of AI/ML market dynamics
- Familiarity with HPC/data center technologies
- Knowledge of EU procurement regulations
- Experience in consortium-based selling
- Strategic Selling experience (Solution Selling, Challenger Sale, or similar)
- C-level engagement and stakeholder management
- Complex pricing and negotiation skills
- CRM expertise and disciplined forecasting
