About the role

  • Manage inbound leads from marketing and Sales Development Representatives, assess needs and determine fit.
  • Self-source new opportunities through high-volume cold-calling, targeted emailing, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Qualify leads by uncovering needs, objectives, and challenges to ensure fit before handoff.
  • Articulate value proposition, overcome objections, and conduct product demonstrations for DeliverPlus and Parcelhero Pro.
  • Serve as first point of contact and manage the full sales process from initial contact to signed deal.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, communications, and lead status within Salesforce.
  • Use sales automation tools, CRM software, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and calling software to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Marketing to ensure seamless handoff and share insights.
  • Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on results, trends, and opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to lead qualification, outbound activity, opportunity generation, pipeline, and quota achievement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, BDR, BDM, or Inside Sales roles.
  • Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Expert proficiency in using Salesforce CRM for lead management and sales activities.
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting techniques and tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong track record of overachieving sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Excellent telephone communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to describe products and match their advantages to customer needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail, etc.).
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms or other sales productivity tools is a plus.
  • Logistics, shipping, or 3PL sales experience highly desirable.
  • Existing client relationships in the logistics space are advantageous.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
