Systems Engineer

• Gather, analyze and specify requirements together with operational and corporate areas;
• Provide maintenance and continuous improvement of corporate and operational systems;
• Support integrations between internal and external systems;
• Monitor vendors and technology partners in the implementation and maintenance of solutions;
• Support functional, integrated testing and system acceptance;
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through technology;
• Analyze and resolve system incidents and systemic problems;
• Support automation and process digitization initiatives;
• Ensure functional and technical system documentation is up to date;
• Support key users and business areas in the use of systems;
• Participate in projects for system implementation, upgrades and improvements;
• Act in accordance with information security, governance and compliance best practices;
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies.
