About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical and functional support for corporate systems, under team guidance.
Assist with logging, tracking and routing of incidents, problems and user requests.
Participate in executing tests and acceptance procedures for fixes and system improvements, following defined test scripts.
Support the gathering of information and requirements from business areas, under the supervision of the responsible analyst.
Monitor and record the flow of information between systems, reporting any inconsistencies identified.
Assist in preparing and updating technical and functional documentation, according to established standards.
Provide support in vendor communications, monitoring the progress of open requests and recording received updates.
Perform basic data queries in systems, supporting information gathering for operational support.
Participate in system implementation and improvement projects, supporting activities defined by the team.
Contribute to quality and continuity routines for technology-supported processes, following established procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Good communication skills.
Experience in support.
Experience in the logistics sector.
Growing interest in DevOps and cloud computing.
