Monitor sales KPIs
Prepare and maintain dashboards and periodic reports with performance analysis by sales executive, cluster, and service
Identify deviations and propose action plans with the team
Consolidate and process data to generate integrated views
Develop Excel models and BI tools (Power BI or similar) to support commercial decision-making
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive movements
Support sales executives with information, analyses, and materials for client meetings
Structure and organize customer, contract, and demand databases
Participate in pricing processes, revenue simulations, and customer-level profitability analyses
Map bottlenecks in commercial workflows and propose process improvements
Standardize reporting and analytical methodologies for the department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields
Advanced Excel skills
Power BI or equivalent BI tool
Experience preparing executive presentations (PowerPoint)
