Business Development Rep

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Run 1-on-1s, review calls and sequences, and build prospecting playbooks that actually work (scripts, email frameworks, objection handling).
• Performance Management: Monitor KPIs across the team, identify gaps early, and lead team performance.
• Direct Prospecting: Stay active in the field. Book qualified meetings, run social selling, and collect market intelligence.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Play an active role in hiring new BDRs and getting them up to speed fast.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with BDRs, AEs, Sales Leaders, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, HR, and Operations to share insights, align on priorities, and strengthen go-to-market execution.
• Intelligence: Feed competitive and market insights back to Product, Marketing, and Sales so the whole org stays sharp.

BDR Team Lead – International

Accountant

• Ongoing financial accounting including account reconciliations as well as monthly and quarterly closings
• Preparation of VAT returns and support in preparing annual financial statements according to HGB
• Full, independent responsibility for the accounting of our Dutch subsidiary
• Handling intercompany topics and managing posting interfaces in the cross-border context Germany / Netherlands
• Building and safeguarding shared accounting know-how across both jurisdictions

• Prospecting: Research and identify target accounts/decision-makers in supply chain, align to ICP, keep HubSpot clean
• Lead Generation: Multi-channel outbound + inbound, personalized messaging, discovery & MEDDPICC qualification, relentless follow-up
• Meetings: Book qualified meetings for AEs, join qualification calls, deliver clean handover briefs (pain + champion)
• Social Selling: Optimized LinkedIn profile, authentic engagement, weekly content, targeted connections, show up in ICP communities
• Intelligence: Capture competitive/market intel and feed it back to Product, Marketing, and Sales
• Interactions: Collaborate internally (BDRs, AEs, Marketing, Partnerships, Product) and externally (events, networking, trends)

• Developing Pathfinder, a multi-agent AI system built on protocol-driven, micro service-oriented architecture – where specialised agents are dynamically orchestrated to assist users in navigating the complexities of data integration, automating routine tasks and proactively solving problems to make them significantly more productive
• Defining and implementing scalable microservices that drive data mapping, transformation, and intelligent integration
• Developing and maintaining RESTful and / or GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless communication between services and systems
• Creating and optimising event-driven data pipelines to enable real-time processing, automation, and decision-making across our products
• Evaluating, selecting, and implementing the best-fit tools and technologies to solve complex engineering and data challenges effectively
• Collaborating directly with key customers and internal stakeholders to validate solution performance and ensure product impact and usability.
