About the role
- Design, build, facilitate, and continuously improve leadership development programs
- Redesign existing leadership programs and curriculum
- Facilitate leadership development workshops for associates at various levels
- Define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs
- Partner with HR and senior leaders to conduct needs assessments
- Improve new hire orientation
- Deliver clear, compelling communication and change narratives
- Stay current on leadership development trends
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related HR disciplines
- Strong expertise in leadership development, adult learning principles, and instructional design
- Experience managing multiple complex programs
- Skilled facilitator with confidence engaging leaders at different levels in a virtual and in-person environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong change-management skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, people analytics tools, and learning management platforms
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Fluent in French or Spanish is a bonus, but not required.
