About the role

  • Design, build, facilitate, and continuously improve leadership development programs
  • Redesign existing leadership programs and curriculum
  • Facilitate leadership development workshops for associates at various levels
  • Define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs
  • Partner with HR and senior leaders to conduct needs assessments
  • Improve new hire orientation
  • Deliver clear, compelling communication and change narratives
  • Stay current on leadership development trends

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related HR disciplines
  • Strong expertise in leadership development, adult learning principles, and instructional design
  • Experience managing multiple complex programs
  • Skilled facilitator with confidence engaging leaders at different levels in a virtual and in-person environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong change-management skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, people analytics tools, and learning management platforms
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Fluent in French or Spanish is a bonus, but not required.
