About the role

  • Use company playbook and templates to draft select agreements, including artist agreements, vendor agreements, and other miscellaneous contracts as needed
  • Support the Sales Operations team in advancing contracts efficiently by following established workflows and best practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Experiential, and Artist Rights teams to build subject-matter expertise, understand business objectives, and ensure accuracy across all documentation
  • Monitor and track deal progress reporting from initiation through execution
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to drive process efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Provide day-to-day contract support to Sales and Legal teams
  • Review experiential vendor agreements to ensure alignment with business goals and risk standards
  • Facilitate contracts for deals sourced by sports sales partners, including drafting, approval routing, and coordination with both internal and partner sales teams
  • Manage artist and booking contracts from drafting through approval routing process, followed by legal handoff
  • Review hotel and banquet vendor agreements as needed to align with corporate requirements
  • Maintain and regularly update contract and deal reporting, ensuring timely and accurate information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent proficiency in Outlook, Word, Salesforce, Asana and SharePoint
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to build solid relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to pivot quickly and excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
