About the role

  • Help us to deliver a best-in-class talent acquisition experience for hiring managers and candidates
  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance with hiring policies.
  • Source candidates
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Manage competing priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across internal and external platforms.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and source effectiveness.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking channels to build strong, diverse pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and offer letter preparation.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation logistics.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2 + years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a high-volume environment such as (but not limited to) property management, hospitality, retail, or related fields
  • Ability to manage multiple roles efficiently, balancing competing hiring priorities
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, connecting with candidates and hiring teams
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to travel occasionally on an as-needed basis
