- Lead Full Cycle Recruiting: Develop pipelines of qualified candidates for present and future openings.
- Deliver a “Best in Class” Candidate Experience: Develop effective outreach strategies and ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Drive Internal Alignment: Communicate persuasively with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
- Process Focused: Ensure compliance throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical Recruiting experience
- 5+ year of experience hiring technical talent and 2+ years hiring senior talent.
- Have a “do whatever it takes,” attitude to win as a partner.
- Enjoy new challenges and wearing many hats.
- Learning agility, open to feedback, thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Competitive team spirit, focused on impact and results.
- Experience with full cycle recruiting.
- Experience in SaaS recruiting.
- Experience working with ATS tools like Lever.
- Understand SaaS business models and roles contributing to growth and retention.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers, execs, and People teams to shape role definitions and hiring strategy.
