About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for high volume, site-level roles, as well as site leadership and corporate roles
- Partner with leaders to assess staffing priorities and execute hiring strategies; be nimble and flexible to react to changing needs
- Develop and execute creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent across the United States
- Maintain our talent pipeline by leveraging partnerships with trade schools, workforce development programs, and industry events
- Foster a seamless hiring experience, balancing speed, quality, and candidate engagement
- Track and analyze hiring metrics, driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in property management, hospitality, retail, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of a variety of US labor markets and the broader recruiting landscape
- Ability to manage multiple roles efficiently, balancing competing hiring priorities
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, connecting with candidates and hiring teams
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to travel occasionally on an as-needed basis
