About the role
- Manages online presence through owned and unowned channels
- Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and optimized for conversions
- Oversee social media strategy, engagement, and paid advertising efforts to build a strong online presence
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.)
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and optimize strategies
- Working closely with sales, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment, cohesive messaging, and that marketing efforts align with sales goals
- Create sales enablement collateral and manage a content library that aligns with the sales process
- Partner with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that increase inquiries and enrollments
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website optimization to attract new leads
- Oversee lead nurturing strategy, developing content and campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Manage performance agency relationships, optimize, and report on performance of digital advertising campaigns
- Manage digital marketing agency relationships, coordinating with marketing team members on content creation
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field required
- 7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
- Proven track record of managing and executing successful SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns across B2C
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation tools
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day to successfully balance reaching marketing goals, telling compelling stories, and creating a strong brand
