Content Marketing Manager

• Develop and manage a cross-channel content strategy aligned to enrollment goals
• Create and maintain a content calendar spanning social media, email, website, and key campaigns
• Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all parent-facing channels
• Own social media content end-to-end: planning, writing, scheduling, and posting
• Monitor and moderate comments and messages, escalating as needed
• Partner with design and agency teams on creative assets
• Track engagement and help optimize content over time
• Own B2C nurture journeys for prospective and enrolled families
• Write and optimize email campaigns, automated nurture series, and CRM communications
• Collaborate with marketing operations to improve performance and conversion
• Manage website content updates and new page creation
• Write and edit parent-facing copy that is reassuring, approachable, and enrollment focused
• Ensure content remains accurate and on brand across locations and programs
• Collaborate with external design agencies to produce brochures, flyers, ads, and digital assets
• Write creative briefs and provide thoughtful feedback
• Translate strategy into clear, compelling, parent-friendly messaging

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Analyze financial statements, market trends, and investment portfolios.
• Prepare and present investment memoranda and financial reports to senior leadership. This includes strong excel and powerpoint skills.
• Perform valuations and returns analysis using financial models, comparative market analysis, market studies, industry reports, and other techniques.
• Develop and maintain financial models for acquisitions, dispositions (e.g., sale leaseback), tenant build-outs and other investment scenarios.
• Perform meaningful outreach to prospective M&A targets and new site identification on the real estate side.
• Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including lease reviews, operating statements, and third-party reports.
• Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions, including financial due diligence, market due diligence, enrollment & staffing due diligence and third-party reports.
• Collaborate with asset managers, brokers, and property managers to gather and interpret data.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
