Account Manager

• Manage a portfolio of existing Litify clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities by understanding client goals and aligning them with Litify solutions
• Own and execute renewal motions, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders

Senior Salesforce Developer

• Focus on developing in the Salesforce ecosystem and write scalable and maintainable frontend Javascript and backend Apex
