• Write, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans for new features and product updates.
• Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts to support our testing efforts.

• Be an expert in the Litify platform and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs
• Consistently exceed monthly sales targets and goals
• Demonstrate and own the Litify platform and value proposition and solutions capabilities
• Directly engage internal and external stakeholders in client-facing environments via demos and presentations

Enterprise Account Executive

• Manage the Full Customer Upsell Motion: Own a pipeline of diverse clients, including law firms, corporate legal departments, and government entities.
• Articulate AI Adoption: Consult with clients on how Litify AI and Agentforce can automate workflows and improve business outcomes.
• Be a Product Expert: Master the Litify platform and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit complex client needs.
• Exceed Targets: Consistently hit and surpass monthly sales goals through strategic cold calling and relationship building.
• Lead High-Level Demos: Present the Litify value proposition to C-suite executives, showcasing our unique solutions capabilities.

Account Executive – AI Specialist

Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions across the company, from internal kick-off through sourcing, resume review, screening and interview coordination, and offer
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and best practices
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS)

Customer Success Manager

• Own and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including platform configuration, structure, access, and ongoing optimization to align with Litify’s evolving product offerings
• Define and maintain the overall information architecture for all learning content, ensuring materials are easy to find, intuitive to navigate, and clearly aligned to customer and internal user needs
• Establish and enforce standards for content creation, naming conventions, versioning, and lifecycle management to maintain a clean, trusted system of record
• Develop, curate, and maintain high-quality learning content, including videos, written documentation, self-guided courses, certifications, and recorded sessions
• Coordinate across internal teams (CS, Product, Support, Sales, PS) to collect, consolidate, and archive training materials into a single, centralized source of truth
• Ensure all training content remains accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product releases, and best practices
• Host and lead external-facing training sessions covering both foundational product functionality and newly released features
• Plan, organize, and facilitate the Litify “Full Disclosure” series in partnership with Customer Success Managers to drive deeper adoption and strategic alignment with our clients
• Host routine internal training sessions to support onboarding, role readiness, and ongoing enablement for new and existing employees

• Supporting the sales team in their campaigns by helping identify, quantify, and capture Litify’s value proposition and best solution that solves the customer’s challenges
• Build and demonstrate the Litify platform that align with the customer’s needs
• Conducting discovery sessions to potential Litify clients alongside our sales team
• Directly engaging internal and external stakeholders in client-facing environments via demos and presentations
