Account Executive

• Own a curated list of the top 50 mega-cap enterprise accounts
• Build detailed account plans, including organizational, power, and political mapping
• Create and drive multi-threaded strategies across business units
• Run complex, high-stakes sales cycles with 6–10+ stakeholders
• Sell credibly to VP, SVP, and C-suite buyers
• Drive urgency in slow-moving organizations
• Close large, multi-year, six- to seven-figure deals
• Conduct cold outbound to senior executives
• Use creativity, persistence, and network to open doors
• Turn light inbound interest into major opportunities
• Bring executives, product, and engineering into deals at the right moments
• Control the deal and prevent procurement or consensus from derailing it
• Maintain high standards for pipeline, forecasting, and deal quality
• Work directly with the VP of Revenue to win strategically important accounts
• Help shape the company’s enterprise sales approach

• Close large, multi-year, 6–7 figure deals
• Conduct cold outbound to senior executives and open doors through creativity, persistence, and network
• Turn light inbound interest into major opportunities
• Bring in executives, product, and engineering at the right moments
• Control deals and prevent procurement or consensus from derailing them
• Maintain high standards for pipeline, forecasting, and deal quality
• Work directly with the VP of Revenue to win strategically important accounts

Recruitment

• Own full-cycle recruiting for AE roles — sourcing, outreach, screens, offer, close.
• Source candidates directly and manage a funnel of external agency partners in parallel.
• Vet, onboard, and manage agency relationships: scorecards, feedback turnaround, fee negotiation, cutting underperformers.
• Build and refine the AE interview loop, scorecards, and candidate collateral.
• Partner with sales leadership on comp strategy and close negotiations.
• Keep Ashby data clean — pipeline health, pass-through rates, source mix (direct vs. agency).
