Account Executive

• Create, build and maintain strong partnerships with Distributors, Retailers, and independent retailers
• Apply company sales strategies in key markets to dominate the premium water category
• Communicate to Distributor Partners to execute in trade execution with upcoming promotional programs
• Identify new opportunities with Distributor Partners to grow sales
• Marketplace execution, maximizing distribution & securing high-value retail space
• Execute up to 15 field sales visits per day depending on geography & initiatives

Field Sales Representative

• Responsible for and KPI’d off of new account acquisition including point of distribution growth & velocity growth
• Demonstrate strong sales capabilities by working with our convenience store partners
• 100% field-based role requiring the use of a personal vehicle
• Execute daily in-store merchandising activities along a designated route, ensuring product placement and presentation standards
• Ensure proper levels of Liquid Death be in stock and displayed correctly
• Responsible for rotating Liquid Death product to ensure it doesn't expire (First in, First Out)
• Conduct 10 -15 account visits per day

Retail Sales Representative, Field Based

Manager

• Set strategy at the territory and distributor level to drive aggressive growth and sales targets
• Own the distributor engagement model, including business planning, review cycles (e.g., monthly and quarterly business reviews as well as annual business planning), and national chain selling strategies within the territory
• Lead the entire market by owning the relationship with the key distributor stakeholders and implementing distributor incentive programs to drive performance
• Oversee national and regional key account execution, including point of sale (POS) allocation, new item setups, and dealer loader programs
• Collaborate with both the national and Big Geyser account teams to drive in-store execution
• Ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet market demand and avoid stock-outs
• Internal cross collaboration with Sales Analytics, Operations, Marketing and Finance teams to manage item setups, pricing, forecasting, and inventory planning
• Lead and develop Sales Execution Manager and Field Sales Representative(s) in market acting as a change agent, inspiring both direct reports and distributors to adopt new behaviors and mindsets for long-term success
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Big Geyser, managing and when appropriate leading local regional chain relationships
• Be the "Go To" for Big Geyser leadership to troubleshoot any short term issues

Regional Distributor Manager

Customer Support

• Provide dedicated support to clients in the Great Lakes Region / Live Nation
• Act as the single point of contact with customers and Liquid Death teams
• Ensure exceptional service and maintain strong relationships while addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Proactively manage orders to optimize service
• Troubleshoot timing of supply, manage discontinued products, and new innovations
• Anticipate availability of product and pick up
• Maintain clear, professional, and concise communication with stakeholders
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues in collaboration with internal teams
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores

Customer Service Representative, DSD Great Lakes Region

• Provide dedicated support to our DSD West Region clients
• Act as the single point of contact with customers and internal teams
• Troubleshoot timing of supply, management of discontinued products, new innovation
• Anticipate availability of product and pick up
• Maintain clear, professional, and concise communication with Amazon representatives and internal stakeholders
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores

Customer Service Representative

• Collaborate with distributors on key sales activities
• Develop relationships with NA Brand Managers within local distributor partners
• Benchmark and establish clear expectations for DP performance
• Create systems for DPs to drive KPI’s and brand revenue goals
• Analyze the distributor structure & making recommendations to the DP
• Oversee merchandising and promotional execution in stores
• Use VIP data to track distributor performance
• Support the management of key performance indicators related to distributor sales growth
• Create accurate and timely forecasts for case volume, spending & profitability
• Lead training for Merchandiser(s) to enhance selling capabilities
• Educate distributors on the Liquid Death brand narrative

Sales Execution Manager

Marketing

• Like Bruce Wayne and Batman, there are two sides of this role. During the day, you’ll be in command of marketing technology for Liquid Death—ensuring our site is best in class, managing CRM and running fun ad hoc projects like the best way to auction a YETI casket cooler.
• During another part of your day, you’ll be helping develop purpose built, data-centric digital product worthy of its own startup—more advanced tech than exists elsewhere and a secret competitive advantage of Liquid Death.
• You’ll have employees, contractors and agencies to support you, but we’re counting on you to lead the team.
• As the Marketing Technology Director, you will be an instrumental part of Liquid Death’s Media team in leading all Martech initiatives, managing the brand’s digital platform and driving 1P data and CRM strategy. This role will partner with IT and the Liquid Death brand team to continuously improve LiquidDeath.com, deliver award winning campaigns on brand and in a compliant manner, and act as an architect of important initiatives like conversion programs at retail, and ad hoc campaigns.
