• You support the coordination and liaison with our in-house talents
• You assist in sourcing new collaboration partners, create new proposals and handle incoming inquiries
• You develop your negotiation skills on contracts as well as price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
• You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help to bring these to life
• You act as the interface between talents and our partners, plan their engagements and ensure their wellbeing
• You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows

• You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, plan their assignments and ensure their well-being
• You identify and recruit potential new talent for existing and future formats and shows
• Together we help them work with a future-oriented approach and create new opportunities beyond their role as artists
