About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal talent
  • Support the search for new cooperation partners
  • Prepare offers and handle incoming inquiries
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with providers, service providers, and cooperation partners
  • Develop concepts and content formats together with talent
  • Support talent in implementing concepts and content formats
  • Act as the liaison between talent and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g. at a digital, social media, or PR agency
  • Strong interest in and keen understanding of the latest digital and consumer trends
  • Proficiency in all major social media platforms and online communities
  • Ideally, experience in developing and/or executing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Highly creative and motivated
  • Fluent German
  • Written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Practical, hands-on experience
  • Strong organizational skills and an open-minded attitude
