About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the coordination of internal talent
- Support the search for new cooperation partners
- Create new proposals and process incoming inquiries
- Support contract and pricing negotiations with vendors and service providers
- Support Artist Managers in developing concepts and content formats for talent
- Contribute to the implementation of concepts and content formats
- Serve as a liaison between talent and partners
- Plan talent assignments and ensure their well-being
- Identify and acquire new cooperation partners, as well as future formats and programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least one year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, for example at a digital, social media, or PR agency
- Strong interest in and understanding of the latest digital and consumer trends
- Proficiency with all major social media networks and online communities
- Ideally, experience developing and/or implementing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- Highly creative and motivated
- Fluent German
- Written and spoken English proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Practical, hands-on experience
- Strong organizational skills and an open-minded approach
